yes. Pw is over. So, i must have some things to reflect on, right?

Being a leader for PW was not easy. However, with the co-operation of my group members, the jobs could be easily done. One of the thing im very proud of my group is the relay system. It is very effective, cost-saving method to pass message around. Before I implemented this, my mind was thinking if it would work. I'm so glad that it turned out well. My group members did their research in a so-so attitude. Sometimes, i could see them slacking. They will slack especially, when i slack. I dont know why, if i left the meeting for something else, they would also follow me(as in doing other things- chatting etc.) But once, they didnt. It was during the day when we needed to submit our I&R on the day itself. I had CCA meeting and left them to do their I&R. Unexpectedly, they finished them in the library. Probably, time is a factor that motivates them (me too) :)

I like my PW group, but there were times we aruged due to different thinkings. Nvm. Who dont aruge?
